Yes, companies that are insolvent to the tune of almost $20 million in excess liabilities that lose millions every quarter are great candidates to buy other companies.

When those companies have a STOP sign on OTCMarkets and a market cap of under half a million dollars, it's even better. All the big successful companies come knocking on their door saying "Buy us, buy us. Give us those worthless shares, we'll take them!"
