Jimmy is quite ambitious with BizRight pursuit..i appreciate his initial deal breakdown, but i anticipate going the next step with more specifics..i assume the earlier shareholder meeting was cancelled until BizRight deal further along..appears the deal will be contingent on shareholders approving significant A/S increase, imo 1B A/S not enough..i dont have a problem voting more, i just want to confirm BizRight is as good as it sounds..and overseas (tons)freight logs are encouraging!
A few (required:) shareholder "needs" prior to share meeting A/S vote:
1) SGMD financials updated.

3) Expanded financing details regarding issuing shares to BizRight..including any time holding restrictive legend ..which. is vital!! BizRight cannot be allowed opportunity to dilute asap! That's what cash payment is for..:)
4) Details how SGMD will obtain initial $2m cash payment, and later on additional $4m cash outlay..

I'm a bit confused..SGMD has previously addressed as BizRight LLC, https://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=7618440 today's PR specifically states BizRight Hydroponics Inc....https://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=76318231.. maybe semantics, maybe not? I assumed the previous $30m BizRight revenues were all hydroponics related from one entity..BizRight-one $30m revenue entity or includes subsidiaries totalling such?
