The thing about penny stocks is that their prices jump and down big percentages. That's how they entice people to buy them. But when you want to sell a sizable amount, you can't unless the bid drops a bunch. That's how they make money off people. It isn't surprising to see MTVG (or whatever is now) jump after the name change. If the fundamentals haven't changed, though, it will soon settle down to where it was.
