If and when there is a bankruptcy all of the assays are assigned to a person who then qualify those assets values and then with this assets payoff creditors depending on the types of these creditors

So GH should nothing to do with the RMTD assets aftetwords.Umless he was a creditor himself, lol

Point being is that under normal transactions this guy should have never gotten Rhodes PATENTS again and open up a new business...
