Yes I’ve been here for over a year the Jan 31st date is for the audited fins. I’m not bashing or anything I love this company but it just makes you wonder.

cmoney,,,the annual audited Fins have ALWAYS been reported as being due at end of January, 2018. Show me where the CEO ever stated that the Annual Audited Financials would be prepared and reported by Mazars by December 15th. Thank you.

Geeze, people, he announced an auditor was hired AFTER he talked about December 15. He stated 6-8 weeks for audit to be accomplished, from whatever date they started. So, December 15 if OFF THE TABLE...
