It's interesting that none of them make any notes in the the other direction. This Management is for sure a total screw up, they are far from honest to us and have so far just been stealing money from its shareholders both SP wise, and EPS wise. Outstanding shares has been going from 4 Million up to soon 30 Million shares and we're trading 1/6 of the price that they actually have received money in average at in the past 8 years. That's a well proven track record how non effective this management has been with its shareholders money and its profit, and that scares off 95% of any sane investor out there.
However if they survive this without getting sued or if the lenders not trying to bankrupt them they have a very good business that has a really great potential, mostly if they will be able to get that loan and get the MF in shape and get it perform as the demofarms. Still a lot of IF..
Lots of risk but also a lot of potential. But as us old dogs in this stock knows that even if they get that 100M dollar loan it's still a very risky investment, and they will have to pay the money back, we don't want whatever they put in collateral come back to us later.
When they received the $25M loan from ECAB most of us thought that we were done with the dumping and with raising the O/S. And we finally had a guy who would be able to bring the SP up in better terms. They even received additional 15+10 Million on top of that.. But Solomon has no patience and lacking any sense of financial intellect.
Since Solomon has a long track record of being totally reckless with money, we should all now hope that the banks will accommodating and put in a new CFO who will control all of the company's expenses in the future, it's time for Solomon to step down with his full control and let some people in who can manage money. We had a good chance with FD but that didn't work out, hopefully Solomon learned something from this and see this as his last chance to make things right.
