How much is left in the Kalani deal? Cause... that’s your warning that they’re going to still unload. Closer you get to 80-90% then maybe, huge maybe here, they cancel the deal like DRYS did and then there’s no dilution.

Till that happens, you’re gonna get dilution. You’d also be naive if you don’t think shares were dumped yesterday.

I got two questions to ask:

1- Did Diana cancel the Kalani offerings of $130 million?

2- Diana as a foreign company is not obligated to report anything at all, so why you expect them to report the share increase which amount to shooting themselves in the foot?
