The trucking deal is in bankruptcy and that is a waiting game for so long because the creditors cannot stop it from closing no matter what that want...it is to go to full disclosure without their controling say and Harry knows this...bankrupsy cannot not go on forever...the judge will have the final say and move this out...the creditors won't have the final say and the judge will make all discisions to get it closed out...I think CWIR has the upper hand to play in this to keep the trucking company going on strong !!
