I'm certain your taking about normal shorting. I believe it is naked shorting that takes place in berlin....all electronic...all non existing shares.Unfort for is is that its just like dilution....and there is no short cover.....oh my!
but if there is short covering involved with this small ammount of shares out, it would cause monster spikes!
