The stock will RS on or before 3/2/18, they have no other choice. They've failed, the rest is just noise. Perhaps a bounce after RS, for those fortunate enough to hold not a single share currently, wait for the 40% drop in PPS post RS, might be a good entry. Until then, only going lower, approval still years off, if ever...
