I tried discussing this stock with a relative and got back "coal can never be clean". In my mind that right there explains the reason for the depressed price. Also the long history of the stock, looks and smell fishy at first glance. A lot of prejudice to overcome.
Basic economics. There is no market without a buyer and a seller. Value is driven by demand, not hopes, wishes and endless talk about potential.
The cold, honest hand of the market determines the price. And I'd say it's just about right where it should be, given the current state of this company.
