No new suits will be filed till after this one is at least a win in court.
That's my thoughts, and from everything I have read, that is pretty much their plan.
I would not bank on any new suits being filed any time soon.

It could easily be just somebody wanted in today, put in a buy order.
2 mil shares at .04 and under is not crazy for 1 buyer.
OR momo traders, once the volume spikes if it was already in their radar they swoop in and try to ride it up. Will know more on MOnday, and what that trading action looks like to get a better idea of what this was today.

And that high price was markman time, not because of the lawsuit, that was the run-up and subsequent timeframe before the WHitey Bulger delay.
Any good news though and this will move, just 1 day of volume spiked it up over 25% for the day. Could just as easily go the other direction too if a long needs to get out and doesn't care what they do to the pps.

More than a few people on this board could crush the PPS if they wanted to dump all their shares. Being said, more than a few people on this board are also set up to reap a huge windfall as those looming catalysts start coming into play, and things go favorably, which in my opinion and research shows a high probability of netting a nice to extremely large return form these prices.
