It’s probably not negative either, but it would have been nice if the additional details were provided in the original study and this revision wasn’t necessary. There have been many questions about the potential scandium market that it should have been expected that the FS would require more detail.
Yes GM, I would look at this as the lenders/bankers are performing a 'stress test' on the feasibility study numbers. The is a very normal method of assessing risk...business as usual. What this means to me is, funding qualification is in full swing!
I don't think it's a big deal, just a requirement to provide some additional information. I think if the assumptions about scandium were dubious, OSC would have required the company to make numerical revisions. This is not the case, so I think that is positive.
