No, that is not true.

A 20-F Registration Statement is VERY different in content from a 20-F Annual Report.

They are not the same thing. And if BITCF's management thinks they are, they have a lot to learn. And I am sure the SEC's Division of Enforcement would be happy to educate them on the matter.
