I am long here as well and am trying not to rush to any conclusions about the possibility of KING financing through the issuance of more stock. After all, they only mentioned it as a possible option and did not include any details. They also stated that it would only happen if market conditions were favorable. They may need to issue stock in the future to raise capital when the stock price is much higher, but IMO, I doubt this management team would jeapordize its stock price with dilution so early on in their development.
