Lion.. look back. There was an R/S. Many got burned. Many of the posters on this board got in after the R/S. Are you one of them?

The R/S was for a good cause (to get listed). But there is ALWAYS a good cause marketed by senior mgt when the R/S a penny stock.

I don't expect another R/S until the float hits 400M or so. but that can happen very quickly over 12 months if mgmt cannot pay the bills (stock options, high salaries, etc.) Believe me... their comp is more important than you and I having equity appreciation.
