Their IR is blowing smoke, just hoping that suspension doesn't happen right away.
The SEC won't even let ALKM know when it suspends them. The suspension will just happen, as early as this week.
ALKM has had ample opportunity to comply with securities laws. Investors should contact the SEC tipline to complain that ALKM is refusing to provide financial information while diluting billions and billons of shares.
Might have to report them again today. Shame on ALKM.
