Unless all of these multiple defendants are in Florida, and they’re not, first thing that will happen is a motion for removal to the federal court district Common to the majority of the defendants, which will be summarily granted.
Plaintiffs don’t get to sue a bunch of people in their own jurisdiction. if you expect someone to defend a lawsuit it gets transferred to the federal jurisdiction closest to the defendant.
Any idea how expensive that will be for the plaintive?

Sniper you posted only the list of parties to the Complaint, can you please post whole Complaint, want to read for myself the whole Complaint in order to intelligently comment on the issue.
