Looks like a Notice of Cancellation of Deposition was filed yesterday. You can't see the actual document so I don't have any further information.

Two different Orders Compelling QEDN/GEGI/Purdon to produce documents were entered on 12/14.

Also the Notice to Appear to GPL Ventures was entered on 12/14.

It doesn't look like anything is slowing down in the Lattuca collection action.
