The lead times for MMEX are not relevant at this point - because a lot is being fabricated off-site, anywhere, on behalf of MMEX.

In order for fabrication to take place, design engineering work must be completed followed by procurement. In order for design engineering and procurement to occur, MMEX must have a source of project financing, to pay for these services. MMEX will receive project financing.

There will be work being conducted at the MMEX site in Pecos County, for the same reason - large sums of money are required to pay for site prep - MMEX will receive project financing.

The modules VFuels indicates in the TCEQ permit application are simple - when MMEX obtained project financing, these modules probably have lead times in the six to nine month time period. But that won't be an issue, as MMEX has full intention of constructing the topping unit, and even when it did, MMEX would be able to obtain financing.
