NSAV 8-k is important for the "Details of Agreement". NSAV CEO has passed of deals he makes with "Companies" as the Companies are doing business with Him.

For Example just the other day NSAV CEO Made deal with a Multi Billion Dollar Company. He ordered a Burger and Fries and Paid in CASH, not NSAV Shares. No NSAV 8-k either.

NSAV CEO takes liberties such as AMANDA Group deal.
