Sorry but your trying to tell something that has been told half a dozen times and some still does not get it... but your short to the point explanation is 100% correct.
Tough to get a direct answer to a direct question here. The last attempt was using a quarterly report from a company, masquerading as an annual, to attempt an answer. Yet, there has still been no logical answer to why (and when it has happened) ONCI or any company would release 2 annual reports within 6 weeks? Has to be one or the other.
