Dilution and Profit Margin.

Potential SEC suspension for being a delinquent filer might be part of the reason.
They haven't updated investors since the 10K for 2014, and other co's have been suspended and sent to the grey market with less-serious delinquency than ALKM.

Could also be the massive dilution, too.
