#42509 RE: Mermelstein #42497

Good points on ISIG. Forgot they had that almost 10M volume day. ISIG spiked up over $2 after their nice earnings turnaround announced last month. Not sure why Lion Fund wasn't selling heavy then. As you noted, could have sold as many as they wanted. Instead they wait to sell in the $1.20's on light volume? Dumb.

There was a Lion Fund filing tonite on ISIG. Looks like they sold another 17,648 shares today. Maybe they will continue to sell every day. Too bad as the stock tried to bounce earlier before their selling knocked it down.

Here's an interesting part of the filing:

The aggregate purchase price of the 2,135,223 Shares beneficially owned by the Lion Fund II is approximately $7,981,115.63, including brokerage commissions.

So the average price they paid on their large holding is $3.74/share?? Maybe they won't be in a rush to unload down here. What they are selling does appear to be for tax loss purposes.
