IMO it's ridiculous to say that everyone who posts a copy of a PR is responsible for proving the statements in that PR. I did not compose the PR or any of the statements within, I'm just quoting it.

You are not an attorney, therefore you do not have the expertise to make judgements about legal issues. Are you are being sued for something copied from a PR? It's not the same is it?... apples and oranges.

While you are correct that you are not responsible for proving the alleged slanderous statement incorrect, you are mistaken as to Sara's responsibility for the PR. IN order to win a slander suit against her you would need to prove that she had prior knowledge that the PR was false and/or had the reasonable belief that the PR was untrue at the time she republished it.
It appears to me that there is some question as to the veracity of the statements that refute the PR in question. As such you could be slandering Sara by many of your posts lately.
Of course as with any suit, the real question is not of right or wrong...but what can you get if you win. Considering that it is very likely that niether you nor Sara have sufficient net worth to make winning a suit worthwhile, what is the point of your continual browbeating of what she posts?
There are only a few potential outcomes and none of them have a high percentage chance of success. Mostly it appears that all you can accomplish is to continue to fling mud at Sara and in response she will fling mud back at you.
This is very unproductive and not the kind of posting style that IHUB wants to encourage.
