Stopped filing a year ago and now have a STOP sign warning.

Massive liabilities and millions in losses every quarter.

Probably a ton of toxic convertibles keeping them alive.

The only company that would merge with this pile of SS is one in even worse shape financially.

It was a great flip on the pump, but it will be down to a penny by next week, if not by end of day. ;-);-)
