I'm just curious to know how it's proof when this is also in the article:

OmniElite controls the company, but it did not note that a reverse merger was going to be executed. In our opinion, Omnielite needs to communicate to the market that it will merge its companies with STSC.

Sounds very indefinite to me. Somebody please enlighten me if I am misunderstanding.
