EAPH/iBliss far from done deal!

"The Agreement was amended in late June 2017 to restructure minor provisions of the agreement and the shares are expected to be released by September 15th, 2017, at which time, Easton will consolidate IBliss's revenues into its own financial statements."

Here's the thing this is from the Financials filed on December 7th, 2017. Why does it say shares "expected to be released Sept 15th, 2017" September precedes December last I checked so at the time of the filing (Dec 7th) did't they know if the shares were released back on Sept 15th? If this said "minor provisions have been agreed to and shares were released on Sept 15th", then I might agree with you that EAPH owns iBliss, but I have no knowledge that the minor provisions have been agreed to nor do I know if the shares have been released. How do you know?
