They said no r/s...buy back to target .01 level to meet uplisting to OTC QB by end of 1Q18. Where do they get the cash to do a buy back...you can see from the latest 3Q financials that the Hopp acquisition, which was done in 3Q17, is EBITDA positive. And they just gave some major positive guidance for 4Q17, hence the recent spike in volume.
2s are being chewed up, and we should get moving soon imo.
