The pipeline became much deeper when they acquired Kolltan Pharmaceuticals in Nov of 2016. That was a game changer for down the road. What caused the big drop was the unexpected decision by the Data Safety and Monitoring Board to recommend phase 3 study of Rintega be discontinued in March of 2016. In a nutshell Rintega wasn't meeting its objectives so the plug was pulled. CLDX pipeline wasn't as deep at the time with Glemba not as promising as now and also prior to Kolltan acquisition. CLDX is in a much better place right now!
