I do not believe so. Remember we are not building a commercial plant, or processing anything. The only thing we own is the test plant that Kiewit recently improved and apparently will be located at the same site and of course the patents. I would speculate that the owners of the commercial plant want this operational ASAP. Money is a great motivator. I also believe that the Pristine SA patent is not that far away. As the patent owners we will be the last to know what is going on, as it should be. We will only be making money not risking machines or inventory.

I don't know. I assume since the property is named, Jaffray has already been to bat for WNP.

We'll obviously need to dig a bit deeper..
