I bought this product too, I bought 2 more gel ones for Christmas gifts also off Amazon. There are A lot of reviews, good ones actually. Check Amazon for yourself instead of making up assumptions.

nyloxin is a very good product. tried both the spray and the gel myself. nyloxin works wonders for people that are in chronic pain.
