Thanks for the confidence but it's not like that. Dan is the CFO and I'm just a poster. It's easy for me to criticize him for the mistakes that are made, while ignoring the good work that he does. I still have confidence in Dan. But there are issues. I'm not sure whether it's wishful thinking that gets the better of them sometimes, or whether they are being misinformed by the lawyers and/or consultants. Or something else.
It's a very complicated company. And only Solomon knows all the details. Of that I'm pretty sure. They have to do something special to overcome all the issues. Like selling 30% of CA for fair value. Let's hope for that big partnership. Because most of the issues are finance related IMO.
They have done it before, surprise us. With the ECAB deal. The Mega Farm. They almost sold CA for $300M. Even the consortium of 5 banks. And they can do it again. They should be able to do it, again.
