BITCF is filing a 20F to get current with 2016 and 2017 SEC filings and financials, and will be uplisted. Thats why it popped today. Once its off the grey market, I think the shorts are in big trouble. Should return to the $3s (and higher) where it was before the big bankster brother frauds stepped in to stop it with their usual scam process tricks.
