Sorry for delay. Haven't been on as much with work being so busy. Below are copy and paste of the emails from $CGAC CEO I sent. You can see he mentions in both emails why the R/S was included in the 14C filing but does not intend on doing one. It would be great to get some news and filings before the AS increase (if he does in fact go through with it).
I think alot is depending on the deals and travel he's been doing. The PGA thing could be big but I have not heard back from him since that meeting on 12-4-17. **** I also have screenshots to prove these emails legit.

Let me see if I can reply to all your questions.
The company has NOT yet filed the increased shares notification with the NV SOS but plans to do so by end of year.
The message boards is something I have never even visited so not sure what is communicated via that system. Having said that we did file a 14c and under advise of counsel we did include the ability to do a RS as a potential strategy BUT at this time do not plan to do so, though that option is legally open to the company for 1 year post the 14c filing.
Yes, the plans for a golf line are going forward. I just got back from Chia and place a buy for first delivery, sold 10% before I got home. Meeting with the No Ca PGA on Monday Dec 4th for big presentation 125 golf courses will attend will provide great exposure. Have a PO to produce the garments worn by the Waste Management teaming during the WM Phoenix Open in Feb. Many other moving parts of the golf line in works but not able to disclose at this time.
We plan to get back to full status ASAP with re: to our filings.
I am traveling so NOT 100 % sure of the current status of issued shares but I believe your number shown above is on the low side we are probably almost at the 1.9 mark.

As you well know I cannot share anything with you that has not yet been released to the public market. Having said that your suggestions are solid advice and we are working on a few things that I hope can be released before end of year. The problem with doing a release that says we have no intention to do a RS is that IF I do take that course of action I will have the market calling me a liar and mis representing the company position. So, again I say, we filed that 14c with advise of legal as a strategy to save money IN CASE we had to file a RS not because we planned a reverse split.
