When a 400+billion $ market has only a handful of listed related tickers it makes one with a relatively small $200mill market cap stand out like crazy. I think everyone can agree this can easily see 500m market cap and higher on any solidifying news. Hell, I watched ERBB go from nearly nothing to over a 400m market cap and they didn't even have a product. BTC is the new dot.bong and this one isn't done riding that wave yet by any means.
The main difference is this is a real company with real products and services. Many brokers are going to allow margin on this soon and when that happens it'll only increase the volatility.
