I'm hoping to see a run next year...thought it would happen this year after seeing over 100 million trade in first couple months...including 80 million on one day in February. But given the quiet accumulation...especially over the past month or so they are setting DUTV for something IMO. I could be wrong but why would anyone be buying a dormant OTC stock for no reason? I will bet on DUTV making a move at some point and I'm willing to buy and hold for future profits. GLTA.
