Most of the assets are intangible.

Intangible Assets, Net: $28,960,102

Goodwill: $28,921,260

Total intangible assets = $57,881,362

So the assets aren't nearly as good as you seem to think.

What I am saying is in 2014 TRTC traded at .67 cents a share with 7 million in assets and now in 2017 with 87 million in assets its trading at .25 cents.....
