The reason they went back was to become current with the SEC and FINRA which will make it easier to uplift to NASDAQ.

There seems no be no reason for the company that bought the shell to do so and addition, go back and update the fins for some of the prior years when the shell was named DOLV.

Easy to answer - SCAM OR NOT it DOES behove them to go after those shares. If only for appearance sake.
