BVTK is an ATM, it's been a great flipper from .0008 to .008, then back to .0067, then back again to .0038. The PROBLEM is the 'highs' keep getting 'lower'... so the next run up might see... .0027, and then crash to .0012, and then .002, and crash to trips...

Just don't hold this one thinking "Tom" is getting to actually accomplish anything.
