I don't see a plausible scenario for them to withhold that kind of news, especially after touting "updated test results" in their promotion of the pumpcast.
Positive is relative. Maybe results were good, but not game-changing. Maybe it was something like, "Hey, you've got some good stuff going on here, with a little development you could be ready for prime time. How about this cool UWyo program? We think you'd be great for it."
