Thanks for keep us updated. Don't you think it is typical scam, where they enable VPOR debt holders to offload billions on new bag holders by showing carrot of free shares of PubCo. At the same time, pump PPS of PubCo to dizzy heights where ratio of VPOR to Pubco goes to hundred of thousands or even millions. Also, the process of issue of new shares will take typically few weeks while PPS of PubCo can be further manipulated. By that time, price of PubCo comes to ground level. In the end, PubCo benefited by issuing far less shares and VPOR buyers ultimately paid for the debt. SPLI scam repeat. I hope I am wrong. Please feel free to correct.
