Here is the other side of the coin.

Should a major come along and offer to buy VPLM for an all stock deal this would be a major win for all. Immediately that major company would be required by law to publish news of a potential acquisition and the details. VPLM likewise would have to disclose and send its shareholders details on voting.

Where we as shareholders would win is the market would immediately move to that price-point and those of us with free trading stock could profit with some cash. But the big gain would be that stock in the major. The major company in all likely hood pays dividends and holding their stock you as a shareholder can leverage your tax obligations over time. Plus if the major does benefit from the patents then their stock will rise and this is where a VPLM shareholder would benefit greatly.

Will this happen?? It certainly is a dream for many.

Emil's comment about getting bought out is a signal for potential buyers but it does not mean that they will not fight in court. I think this is getting even more interesting and soon we will see the potential reflected in the stock price, especially as we approach next month.

Since the news of IPR victory, all we have seen is major accumulation and yes, some sells, from people who got in sub .05 to recover their cost. Now, many of the buyers are the ones who came in as it started moving up hence, the stock is in STRONG HANDS.

Just my humble opinion...
