"Now I know why Mr. Zankowski avoided answering the question of 'is our dilution finished" in his e-mail on 9/21/06. Since thaen, they've dumped another 173 million shares, and"they're still not finished"!!!! They've almost reached the maximum number of outstanding shares allowable in this stock right now!!!! No wonder he said there were no plans for any further dilution yet, he doesn't have the approval to issue anymore shares at this time, so how could he sell them????? Just how much money do these guys need to get their business going???? It's starting to look like they'll never have enough!!!! "when will this company adress it's shareholders again with some real facts" ?????? They know that as long as there's a single share left for them to sell, that they've put a lid on this stock, and are the only ones responsible for "killing this stocks price"!!!!! Until they satisfy their "own needs", they will definitely not issue any good news. All we can do, unless we move in a different direction, meaning filing our complaints and numerous questions with the folks at the S.E.C., is watch this stock either stay where it is, or drift a little lower. Unless they are sharp enough to have some big buyers lined up to finish this thing, this could drag on for several more weeks!!!! As just small shareholders, who don't mean very much to these guys, our only hope might be to get the people at the S.E.C. involved , before it's too late!!!!
