NITE and CDEL are the two biggest naked short sellers in the market. The annual fines are a joke. Nobody knows that 65% of NITE earnings are from naked short selling penny stocks. I do...and it's from the perfect undeniable resource. I live in Chicago. This stock is going to 05 IMO
