Fair enough. I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that Hugo and Deb inherited this structure from the previous crap shell. I'll be so naive as to say that maybe they're cleaning this all up with the whole name and ticker change business. Maybe that's why it's taking so long. Who knows.
