Impact....yes I agree if bought on the open market there would be no dilution. Seen many of deals in my life and usually a partner is offered stock at a certain price which adds to the base of the number of shares. Just saying. Very seldom do I see a partner buy in on the open market, but it is possible, Anything is possible.
