It's bounced around from .015 to .03 on little volume. That's what it looks like when scams die. There are still plenty of people WAY over-invested in this scam with incentive to prop it up. Foley himself may even be doing it with the proceeds of the Royal Capital fraudulent conveyance in order to keep the heat off him from all the people he's ripped off. Who knows?
