You know how much you harm your credibility by addressing me?

1. So your saying 1x gross is an unreasonable price for a location about to enter adult use in a CSA that alone exceeds the entire country of Canada?

2. You have been repeatedly asked what are the taxes and any CU/SUP conditions but have yet to answer which would dictate whether that rent is unreasonable. It was recently established as well if that includes up to 9k sq. ft. cultivation, that rent wouldn't actually be unreasonable, and closer to market given the industry.

3. I must have missed it, what exactly is your experience possessing and executing operations and multiple licenses?, and what would you have done with the additional 2?

You've gotten my 15 seconds for the day. We won't hold our breath waiting for an answer and a response will surely be an unrelated cut and paste.

Cultivation issues with TRTC: - revised edition.

"Shareholders bought BlumOak that came with a cultivation license yet to thi s date I never heard the square feet size or revenue generated from it other than one time Salwa was giving a presentation for San leandro and I believe she said cultivation from BlumOak represented 20% of the revenue .IMHO Shareholders paid over 22 million dollars for BlumOak but that price did not include the real estate. Monthly rent(28,000) goes thru a third party but ends up landing in an LLC owned by Martin Kaufman and his wife Salwa IMHO. MKSI Investments LLC "

* Not only was the size mentioned by Salwa but also by dp back when the lab was being built inside their disp.

** blumOak instituted a "clawback" not to long ago reducing that price paid quote above. A good deal for a busy, well respected and fully licensed establishment.

*** There are numerous major advantages for leasing over owning, one of which is reduced risk, real estate 101 type stuff here. The costs are the costs and they are Industry wide.

"...wonder why TRTC bought cannabis product..."

hmm, why would a cannabis company buy cannabis products??? you got me there, moving on...

"...they have been spending 24,000 a month since January 2017 on a future cultivation site in Oakland Ca..."

* again, costs are the costs, The State and local governments want you to have the property approved and secured before you apply for the licenses.

"TRTC was granted two cultivation licenses in NEvada in 2014 and yet to date neither is in operation or for that matter built. I recommend shareholders compare the deficit from 2014 to today and IMHO it would reasonable to ask...........what happened to that money?"

* There were massive governmental issues regarding the size, construction and type of structure that was going to be allowed. Who in their right mind would spend millions building out a greenhouse structure that they may have to tear down???

** What happened to the money, Let's see here...
