That is true but irrelevant. Since it isn't about getting out to the public and it isn't about being perfect to kim. The army is the customer. The army wants it perfect for THEM. Kim is just attempting to give the client what they requested. None of the issues are due to Kim wanting a better or"perfect" fiber. If that was the case we wouldn't be trying to get into VN with the first product he made. He would still be trying to make it perfect.
